Aug – 2020 – “Thank you so much for your very affordable service today. Most lay people don’t know anything about transmissions except that they can really be expensive to repair or replace. The transmission in my cherished old Jeep Grand Cherokee was slipping badly and I had visions we had reached the end of the line. My regular service person said the problem appeared to be internal, so I had to go to a transmission specialist. One of my friends told me Quality Transmissions was an excellent place to go, and that’s when I met Gary for the first time. Within 24 hours Gary and his team identified the fact that the problem was simply a mechanical connection cable that had gone bad and my repair would be about $200! I admit I was lucky, and that won’t happen every time. But what an amazing bargain to get your workhorse vehicle back for camping. You could’ve easily have told me this was a bigger issue and I would never know, but I got out for 200 bucks. I will make sure to tell all my friends that they should go to your place for any transmission issue. Thank you again, you guys made my day by a lot.”
